This afternoon the Year 8 MISA Debating Team competed in the Quarter Final round against Macarthur Anglican on the topic of That coaches should give equal playing time to school aged athletes, regardless of skill. We were the negative team. 

Despite being incredibly well prepared and beautifully presented, we were narrowly defeated based on refutation. However, the girls have done themselves and their College proud week in and week out and we are so proud of how much they have grown over the season. The girls felt quite down, but held their heads high and have already developed a "plan of attack" for moving forward into Year 9 in 2023. 

The team consists of Isla Pearce, Heather Nolan, Melina Richardson, Sienna Beller, Indi Spagnolo and Isibeal Abbey.
