In recent VET News for 2023, I am very pleased to announce that our Year 12 student Ashley Olegario has been nominated twice for the Award of Work Placement Student of the Year for work placements undertaken during 2022 for VET studies in Business Services and Hospitality –Kitchen Operations. The nomination came from both employers impressed with her overall commitment and involvement during the work placements. 

A Nomination Certificate has been issued by MWLP in recognition of the great work Ashley has undertaken. In particular highlighting VET as a real opportunity for young people to shine.

 Well done Ashley, we are so very proud!
