Diocesan Tennis News
We would like to recognise the efforts of our Diocesan Tennis students, who played with determination, skill, and teamwork at Thursday's Diocesan Tennis competition.
Both of the boys’ and girls’ teams had strong wins in the first round against St. Benedict's. In the next round, both boys’ and girls’ teams faced the number 1 seeds, Edmund Rice and St. Mary’s, respectively. Both opponents were highly skilled, and despite the students’ best efforts, we were unable to secure a win.

Teams then moved on to the consolation round against Mt. Carmel. The matches were closely contested, with both of our teams winning one set apiece. Unfortunately, our boys lost by three games, and our girls by one.
Although the outcome was not what we hoped for, our students demonstrated great sportsmanship, resilience, and camaraderie throughout the day. Our students really enjoyed the day and gained so much from the experience!
Congratulations to the following students on their effort, perseverance, and enthusiasm.
