This was a very good first-up effort for a team that had not played together before. We dominated most of the first half and went into halftime with a well deserved 2-0 lead. We gave away an easy goal in the second but could not take one of our many chances and then Mt Carmel applied the pressure in the last 10 minutes but our defence held out. A great game that was played in a very positive spirit
