STUDENTS REQUIRING MEDICATION (ASTHMA PUFFERS AND EpiPens)

Students who have been diagnosed with Asthma or as Anaphylactic must have their own Epipen and/or Asthma puffer with them for Sport. Teachers have a Duty of Care to prevent any foreseeable injury to students while in the College's care. If a student has been diagnosed or has had an Asthma or Anaphylactic attack at any time in the past the risk of recurrence is foreseeable. Until the school is advised that a student no longer has the medical condition, the student must have their own Asthma Puffer/Epipen to participate in sport.
