CEO Consent Form for Use of Student Image and/or Work
A friendly reminder that the CEO Consent Form for Use of Student Image and/or Work is now overdue.
If you would like your student's photo or work to be published in the College Yearbook, Newsletter, Website or any form of visual and print media please use the below link and complete and return asap.
It is imperative that the consent form is returned, otherwise the College will work under the assumption that you do not give your consent for your child's image and/or work to be published.
