The Year 8 MISA Debating team competed in the grand final against St Benedict's Catholic College in Week one of Term Four. The students had to argue that History rather than Current Affairs, should be taught in classrooms. The students performed exceptionally well and displayed confidence, critical thinking and their ability to work cohesively as a team. These students should be congratulated for not only winning the competition this year but also in 2019, having never lost a game. Magdalene could not be prouder of the outstanding level of commitment shown by these girls who represented the College with pride.
