Year 11 Hospitality Coffee Course
Over the past 3 weekends, students have attended the Australian Barista School at the CBD College to attain their Certificate in Use hygienic practices for food safety, prepare and serve espresso coffee and Coffee Art.
Students will work at the Magdalene Cafe during recess, serving coffee to staff and senior students. At the Magdalene Cafe, we also have made and serve Chocolate Brownies, Apple and Pear Bread and Homemade Cinnamon Donuts.
