Students in Year 11 Business Services (VET) have recently been completing their first rounds of work placement. A student, Hannah Gibson, writes:

"In week five I completed my first week of work experience for Business Services at Professionals Real Estate, St Marys. I spent the week learning different office tasks such as archiving and filing, the responsibilities of accounting, and answering and using phones. These tasks advanced my communication and customer service skills, and gave an insight as to how some offices may run. While the experience itself was positive, the people I met and got to work with taught me a lot and made my week very enjoyable. For anyone interested in office management as a career or simply learning the skills, I would recommend Business Services in Year 11."
